Augmont Enterprises shares jump 22% in market debut
Augmont Enterprises Ltd saw its shares rise approximately 22 percent during its market debut on Monday. The integrated gold and silver platform listed on the BSE at Rs 956 and on the NSE at Rs 961, representing a premium over its issue price of Rs 788.
The company’s market valuation reached Rs 8,595.51 crore following the debut. The Rs 825-crore initial public offering was subscribed 105.78 times by the close of bidding. Augmont Enterprises intends to use the proceeds to fund working capital requirements, including inventory procurement, expansion, and general corporate purposes. The company operates across 24 states, providing services in bullion trading, refining, digital gold, and jewellery manufacturing.
