Augsburg Herbstplärrer 2026 festival details announced

The Augsburg Herbstplärrer 2026 is scheduled to take place from Friday, August 28, to Sunday, September 13. As the largest folk festival in the Bavarian-Swabia region, the event attracts over one million visitors annually.

Festivities will be hosted in two traditional beer tents: the Schaller-Zelt and the Binswanger-Zelt. The event features a variety of musical programming, including a brass music day, an LGBTQIA+ party night, and various live bands. Age restrictions apply for minors entering the tents, with entry to the Binswanger-Zelt permitted from age 16 and the Schaller-Zelt from age 18 after 5:00 PM.
