Augusta airship hangar reopens for guided festival tours

The Augusta airship hangar is reopening to the public as part of the twentieth edition of the regional festival “Le vie dei tesori”. The monument, which has been closed to the public since 2012, will host guided visits over four consecutive weekends from October 17 to November 8.

Visitors can explore the massive reinforced concrete structure via an external perimeter path. The tours are led by local volunteers, including architects and educators, to showcase the site's secular history. Each 30-minute tour requires a 3-euro contribution, with reservations available through the festival's official website.
