The 14th edition of the Augustiada wine and cultural heritage festival has officially opened in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. Held at the Ancient Street of Augusta Traiana, the event brings together 40 wineries to showcase regional wines, culinary offerings, music, and traditional crafts.
The opening ceremony included local officials such as Stara Zagora Municipality Secretary Nikolay Dikov and Deputy Regional Governor Zoya Koleva. The festival also features international participation, with Moldovan Ambassador to Bulgaria Emil Jacota representing Moldovan winemakers.
