Augustine Chima joins Apollon Limassol from Coal City United

Nigerian defensive midfielder Augustine Chima has completed a transfer from Coal City United to the Cypriot top-flight club Apollon Limassol. The 18-year-old player signed a contract that runs until May 2028, with the club holding an option to extend the agreement until May 2030.

Chima, who was born in March 2008, joins the Limassol-based side to provide youthful energy to the midfield. The move marks his transition from the Nigerian domestic football scene to European competition in the Cypriot First Division. No transfer fee was disclosed regarding the move.
