Cury intends to reform the Supreme Federal Court (STF) by replacing life tenure with eight-year mandates and ensuring at least two female ministers are appointed to the court.
Regarding governance, Cury advocates for a transition from a presidential system to a semi-presidential model, suggesting that a prime minister should handle daily management while the president focuses on strategic matters. He has also expressed support for a 5x2 work week to address worker burnout.
On social and economic policy, Cury proposes modifying the Bolsa Família program to allow beneficiaries to maintain support for a transition period after finding employment or starting a micro-business. He also pledged to completely distance himself from his private business interests if elected to ensure no personal advantage is taken from the office. Cury reported a personal wealth of R$ 242.2 million to the Electoral Court.
