Augustów opens new 22 million PLN school sports complex

A new sports and educational complex has officially opened at Primary School No. 2 in Augustów. The project, which cost over 22 million PLN, was designed to address long-standing infrastructure shortages at one of the city's largest schools.

The investment includes a full-sized sports hall with stands, a multifunctional field, modern changing rooms, and a spacious new cafeteria. Approximately 18 million PLN of the total cost was secured through external funding. During the ceremony, Mayor Mirosław Karolczuk noted that the facility was built from the ground up to meet 21st-century standards.
