Aumovio CFO Jutta Dönges resigns from automotive supplier

Automotive supplier Aumovio has announced the sudden resignation of Chief Financial Officer Jutta Dönges. Dönges, who has held the position since November 2025, will step down from her board mandate effective Wednesday and leave the company at the end of October.

The company stated the departure was by mutual agreement and that Dönges intends to pursue new professional challenges. The supervisory board expressed regret regarding the decision.

In the interim, CEO Philipp von Hirschheydt will assume additional responsibility for the finance department. Claus Bauer, a member of the Aumovio supervisory board and former CFO of the Schaeffler Group, is expected to step in as interim Head of Finance by November 1. The company has already initiated the search for a permanent successor.
