Auria and Mitsubishi Electric partner on SATCOM software

Auria has entered into a partnership and contract with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation to provide advanced mission and resource management software for next-generation satellite communications (SATCOM).

Auria will supply its Kythera Operating System (KOS), part of its HeliOS product line, to manage and optimize payload and network resources for Mitsubishi Electric’s software-defined SATCOM satellites. The software is designed to enable autonomous service provisioning, real-time resource optimization, and adaptive mission operations in response to changing demands or interference events.

The collaboration also includes the KOS Interference Manager module, which is capable of dynamically detecting, geolocating, and mitigating signal interference to ensure resilient service for satellite operators.
