Aurél Molnár wins the 34th Bagoly Cup chess tournament
Aurél Molnár from Törökkoppány won the 34th Bagoly Cup, a rare 24-hour chess tournament held in Nagyatád. The competition featured 15 players, eight of whom completed the full 24-hour duration.

This victory marked a historic moment for the tournament, as it is the first time a father and son from the same family have both won the cup; the younger Molnár had previously secured the trophy.
Attila Horváth of Nagyatád took second place with 89.5 points, followed by Balázs Kőnig of Egerág in third with 86.5 points.
