Aurora Cannabis posts fiscal 2026 revenue beat, reappoints board

Shareholders at Aurora Cannabis Inc.'s virtual annual general meeting approved a five‑director board, electing Executive Chairman and CEO Miguel Martin, lead independent director Michael Singer, and nominees Chitwant Kohli, Norma Beauchamp and Rajesh Uttamchandani. The meeting also reappointed Ernst & Young LLP as auditor and passed a non‑binding say‑on‑pay vote.

The AGM reported fiscal 2026 results that exceeded outlook: net revenue reached C$321 million, an 11% increase year‑over‑year, with about 55% generated outside Canada. Adjusted gross margin rose to 64% and adjusted EBITDA topped the midpoint of the company’s guidance range. CEO Miguel Martin said the performance surpassed the high end of the guidance by C$8 million. Approximately 146 shareholders voted by proxy, representing 16.64 million shares (26.86% of outstanding shares), satisfying the quorum requirement.
