According to reports in the Italian magazine Oggi, the initial catalyst for therapy was the separation of her parents, Michelle Hunziker and Eros Ramazzotti.

The 29-year-old presenter revealed that she has returned to therapy during various stages of her life to address personal challenges. She specifically cited a period of uncontrollable jealousy that threatened her relationship with her husband, Goffredo Cerza, stating that professional support was essential to saving the relationship.

Ramazzotti also noted that motherhood brought previously resolved issues back to the surface, prompting her to resume therapeutic work recently to navigate new complexities.
