Aurora Reyes Culture Support Fund completes first year with 69 projects

The Secretariat of Culture has announced the conclusion of the first year of operation for the Aurora Reyes Culture Support Fund (FORCA) for the 2026 period. The program successfully supported 69 cultural projects, benefiting artists, creators, promoters, cultural managers, collectives, and municipal governments.

Under its strategy of decentralization and equitable access, the fund provided support to several municipalities, including Cuauhtémoc, Nuevo Casas Grandes, Delicias, Meoqui, Ahumada, and Parral. Notable supported initiatives include the 2026 Festival de las Tres Culturas, the “Múltiples Culturas, un Destino Histórico” mural, and the Jornadas Villistas Culturales 2026.

The fund operates through two modalities: direct support for the cultural community and support for projects promoted by municipal governments. Officials have invited interested parties to monitor official channels for the 2027 call for applications.
