AURUS and United Group partner for ₹550-crore GIFT City residential project

AURUS Luxury Managed Residences has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with United Group to develop and operate a large-scale managed residential project in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. This collaboration, which includes Siban Developers as the development and property partner, is positioned as one of India’s largest leasing partnerships in the managed residential sector.

The project involves a total leasable area of over 500,000 square feet, comprising approximately 480 units. Under a proposed 15-year lease term, the potential rental payable over the duration is estimated at approximately ₹550 crore. AURUS will manage the accommodation ecosystem, including hospitality, community management, and day-to-day operations, while catering to students, young professionals, and executives.

Operations for the development are currently targeted to commence in 2030.
