Austin hosts PBR bull riding and Pride festivities this weekend

Austin features several major events scheduled for the weekend of August 21-23. The PBR Gambler Days will take place at the Moody Center, featuring professional bull riding competitions and musical performances by Dustin Lynch and Nelly.

Austin Pride festivities include a dance party at the LGBTQ-owned bar Cheer Up Charlies on August 21, featuring artists Mama Duke and Tommi Aura. Additionally, the Skyline Spin event series will host rooftop DJ sets and local coffee offerings as part of the Pride celebrations.

Other musical highlights include a performance by the Josh Abbott Band at Haute Spot.
