Austin Mack records career highs with Edmonton Elks

Austin Mack is experiencing a career-best season with the Edmonton Elks, recording 79 catches, 1,229 yards, and eight touchdowns through 16 games. His performance is largely attributed to his reunion with veteran quarterback Cody Fajardo.

Fajardo previously played with Mack at the Montreal Alouettes in 2023. Following Mack's release from Montreal in January, Fajardo actively recruited him, leading to Mack signing a two-year contract with Edmonton.

The Edmonton Elks hold a 12-4 record and are set to return to the CFL playoffs for the first time since 2019. If the team secures wins in their remaining regular-season games, they will host the division final on November 7.
