Australia and Kenya advance national and international defence initiatives
The Australian Defence Technologies Academy (ADTA) and the Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre (Aus3C) have formed a partnership to enhance cyber security training in Australia. Through this agreement, ADTA will gain access to Aus3C’s accredited Cyber Range at Lot Fourteen, a high-tech facility designed for practicing responses to realistic cyber attacks and testing networks without risking real-world infrastructure.
In a separate international development, Kenya participated in the Seoul Defence Dialogue (SDD) 2026 in the Republic of Korea. Represented by Principal Secretary for Defence Dr. Patrick Mariru, Kenya joined approximately 1,000 participants from 67 countries to discuss global security challenges, international peace, and the evolution of security alliances under the theme, “Toward a New Coexistence in the Age of Turbulence.”
