Australian Diamonds announce squad for 2026 Constellation Cup

The Australian Diamonds have announced a 14-athlete squad for the 2026 Constellation Cup, the 16th edition of the Trans-Tasman netball rivalry against the New Zealand Silver Ferns. The series is scheduled for October and will consist of four Tests.

The series will begin in New Zealand with matches in Auckland and Christchurch. Australia will then host the final two Tests in Sydney and Melbourne. The squad is built around the core group that won bronze at the 2026 Glasgow Commonwealth Games, featuring captain Liz Watson and vice-captain Kate Moloney.

Notable selections include NSW Swifts players Matilda Garrett and Sarah Klau, as well as potential debutant Jessie Grenvold. The roster also includes experienced players such as Amy Parmenter, Donnell Wallam, and Courtney Bruce, who is set to become the Diamonds’ seventh centurion. The shooting end will feature Kiera Austin, Sophie Garbin, Cara Koenen, and Sophie Dwyer, while Georgie Horjus provides versatility across the attack line.
