Australian House & Garden Top 50 Rooms awards held in Sydney

The 28th annual Australian House & Garden Top 50 Rooms awards were held at the Sydney Opera House, celebrating excellence in Australian residential design, architecture, and interior design. The ceremony recognized various categories, including best kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and garden ‘room’, as well as the Rising Star and Room of the Year awards.

Smac Studio, a Sydney-based firm, was named the 2026 Room of the Year for a kitchen design noted for its craftsmanship and originality. The awards aim to highlight the breadth of talent in the industry, featuring both emerging designers and established professionals.
