In Balgownie, a four-bedroom home at 42 Sherwood Drive sold under the hammer for $1.76 million. The property, which sits on a 600.7 square metre block, had previously failed to sell in 2024 and in 2022. Following improvements to the home's presentation based on previous feedback, the property met seller expectations during an auction with three registered bidders.
