Australian Trucking Association announces 2026 Future Leaders

Australian Trucking Association Future Leaders Forum trucking industry professional development transport sector

The Australian Trucking Association (ATA), in partnership with Geotab and Volvo Group Australia, has announced the 2026 cohort for its Future Leaders Forum. The program aims to provide industry members with the skills and connections necessary to lead and strengthen the trucking sector.

The selected 2026 Future Leaders include Mandy Solar of Followmont Transport, Jacinta Lane of Airtec, Daniel Mikosic of Multiquip, Casuarina Smith of Trucking with CJ, Luke Morton of Ron Finemore Transport, Chris Swadling of Lindsay Australia, Dimity Andrews of North West Quarries, and Shane McLoughlin of Formula Chemicals.

The 2026 program will transition to a hybrid format, combining online and in-person learning to allow participants to balance professional duties with course modules. Participants will engage in workshops and a group industry advocacy project, which is scheduled to be presented at Trucking Australia 2027.
