Australian Trucking Association announces National Industry Award finalists

The Australian Trucking Association (ATA) has announced the finalists for its National Trucking Industry Awards. The ceremony will take place next month during the 2026 Technology and Maintenance Conference in Melbourne.

The awards introduce a new National Sustainability Award, sponsored by Michelin Australia, to recognize businesses leading in environmental efforts. Finalists for this category include Formula Chemicals from New South Wales and Ron Finemore Transport from Victoria.

Other notable categories include the Craig Roseneder Award for Technical and Maintenance Excellence, with finalists Russell Borchard of Bochtrans and Thomas Kenny of Multiquip. The TRUCK TECH Training Excellence Award will be contested between Border Crane Consultants and Pilbara Heavy Haulage Girls Group, recognizing commitments to industry safety and professional development.
