Austria Publishes Theses on Public Administration and Disability Health
A master thesis from the University of Applied Sciences in Austria examines the generational shift in the Austrian financial administration, analysing how leaders can manage inter‑generational teams across dimensions such as feedback culture, motivation and sense‑making.
Another Austrian master thesis evaluates the Caritas Oberösterreich health‑promotion project “Meander”. The study compares parents of children and youth with disabilities who participated in the program with a control group, finding significantly higher subjective wellbeing, stronger social networking and lower parental stress among participants.
Both works contribute empirical insights to public‑sector leadership and disability‑focused health promotion in Austria.
