Austria schedules August 2026 regional festivals in Lainsitztal and Laakirchen

The Kleinregion Lainsitztal will host its first regional festival on Saturday, 29 August 2026, in the village centre of St. Martin from 10:00 to 17:00. The programme includes a farmers’ market with local producers, a children’s nature workshop, a bike‑ride arrival, live music by the D’Lainsitztaler Musikanten and an official ceremony at noon.

A day later, on Sunday, 30 August 2026, Laakirchen will hold the eighth "Hofroas" – a musical and culinary tour of six local farms. Visitors can travel on foot, by bike or on an old‑timer bus, enjoying regional dishes, wine tastings, agricultural demonstrations, a field mass at 10:00 and a programme of music, a bird‑of‑prey training display and children’s activities.
