Austrian companies Palfinger, Agrana, and EVN report financial updates
Analysts from Erste Group have released updates on several Austrian-listed companies. Palfinger announced plans to strengthen the legal separation of its Russian holdings and prepare for the deconsolidation of Russian units. Consequently, the company adjusted its 2026 financial outlook, expecting EBIT to be lower than the previous year at EUR 174.3 million, though it intends to distribute a dividend.
Agrana raised its financial outlook for the 2026/27 fiscal year, a move viewed positively by analysts. Meanwhile, EVN held a capital market day in London, where it slightly increased its 2030 medium-term targets, noting that growth is largely driven by its network business.
In separate news, Verve Group Media SE has successfully relocated its registered office from Sweden to Ireland. Trading is expected to resume on October 5 under a new Irish ISIN.
