Austrian ÖVP pushes to curb NGO influence in Carinthian environmental assessments
Carinthian deputy governor Martin Gruber, representing the Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP), called for a reform of the environmental impact assessment (UVP) law to limit the participation of non‑governmental organisations (NGOs).
