The Federal Police have closed the Roberto Mouras Racetrack in La Plata due to administrative irregularities regarding the facility's permits and the condition of its main track. The closure, ordered by Federal Justice, has resulted in the immediate suspension of several racing categories scheduled for the weekend, including A.L.M.A., AVZ, Fórmula 5, and TC 2000 Platense.

The investigation is being handled by prosecutor María Eugenia Di Lorenzo. The shutdown also casts doubt on the future of the Turismo Carretera season finale, which was scheduled to take place at the circuit on December 6. This follows a previous raid in May involving environmental crimes and fuel storage concerns at the site.
