Author and actor Edgar Selge to host reading in Ludwigshafen

Actor and author Edgar Selge is scheduled to perform a reading of his new novel, ‘Juras letzter Winter’, at the Pfalzbau in Ludwigshafen on November 5. The event, moderated by cultural journalist Shirin Sojitrawalla, focuses on a story centered around Jura Rjabinkin, a sixteen-year-old who dies during the Siege of Leningrad.

In addition to the upcoming reading, Selge has recently collaborated with Trier-based book blogger Florian Valerius for a new video series titled ‘Unscripted’ by Rowohlt Verlag. In this series, Valerius interviews various authors at locations significant to their lives or literary works, marking a new professional challenge for the blogger.
