In Málaga, Spain, local police are investigating a school bus driver who tested positive for alcohol at nine times the permitted limit. The driver, who had just completed a route serving schools in Benalmádena, was reported by his company after exhibiting signs of intoxication and erratic driving behavior. Witnesses noted the driver was unable to maneuver the vehicle properly.

In Buenos Aires, Argentina, the National Road Safety Agency intercepted a truck driver on National Route 5 near Suipacha. The 45-year-old driver tested positive for alcohol, violating the province's zero-tolerance policy. Additionally, the driver lacked a valid license, mandatory insurance, and technical inspection documentation, and the vehicle was missing a front license plate. The truck was impounded, and the driver faces significant fines.
