Authorities manage separate child protection and abuse cases in Mexico and Argentina

In Coahuila, Mexico, the three-year-old son of a woman named Litzy remains under the protection of the DIF Coahuila following a violent attack in Saltillo on August 4. The attack, carried out by the victim's former partner, resulted in three deaths.
