The award is based on consumer research evaluating brand preference, satisfaction, and expertise.

The platform distinguishes itself through a direct management system where it purchases vehicles directly rather than acting as a third-party broker. Its ‘Auto Inside Certified Used Car’ program selects accident-free vehicles that are less than eight years old with under 100,000 km of mileage, subjecting them to a rigorous 205-point inspection.

To enhance service quality, the company has expanded its management to include interior hygiene by implementing Cesco Car Care solutions for sterilization and deodorization. Additionally, Auto Inside offers a six-month or 10,000 km warranty on certified vehicles. For online customers using the ‘Home Service,’ a seven-day refund policy is available, allowing buyers to test the vehicle before making a final decision.
