2. Avoid touching hybrid or electric vehicles (EVs) unnecessarily: These vehicles contain high-voltage electrical systems that pose a risk of electric shock if submerged.

3. Do not attempt to drive the vehicle away: Even if the car appears functional, internal damage to the engine or electrical components may exist, making self-driven movement unsafe.
