Autoceste FBiH opens tender for Doboj‑Istok to Šićki Brod fast road

Autoceste FBiH announced an open public procurement for the design of a fast road linking Doboj Istok, Gračanica and Šićki Brod in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project is valued at about 4.1 million convertible marks (approximately 4.8 million KM with VAT) and will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price, without an e‑auction.

The planned route is roughly 41.8 km long and will include six interchanges (one of them a round‑about), six loops, two tunnels, 16 bridges and viaducts, and a railway overpass. It aims to improve connectivity for the densely populated Tuzla Canton, link western and eastern parts of the country, and provide a better connection to the Croatian border as well as the future Tuzla‑Orašje highway and Šićki Brod‑Dubrave‑Kalesija corridor. Bids must be submitted by 14 September 2026.
