Automakers launch new vehicle models and electric technologies

The automotive market is seeing a wave of new model releases and technological updates. Kaiyi has announced its 2027 models, including the X3 Pro, E5, and X7, for the Egyptian market. These vehicles feature engines compliant with Euro 6B emission standards, emphasizing reduced pollutants and advanced engine management technology.

Other major manufacturers are also introducing new models. Geely has unveiled the Galaxy E5 electric vehicle, which features an 800V electrical system and a range of up to 635 km under CLTC testing. BYD is introducing the 2027 Atto 2 SUV, an electric model offering 200 horsepower and a 430 km range per charge.

In the luxury segment, Mercedes-Benz has revealed the AMG GT electric SUV. Built on the high-performance AMG.EA platform, this model utilizes three electric motors to produce 1,360 horsepower and is equipped with a 106 kWh battery.
