Automotive companies announce strategic expansions and acquisitions

Several automotive and fleet management companies have announced strategic expansions. Missouri-based Clement Auto Group has entered the Ohio market through the acquisition of Mansfield Motor Group, a family-owned entity operating Honda, Nissan, and Volvo dealerships.

Autonomy, a car subscription platform, is expanding its service offerings beyond electric vehicles to include gas-powered models. In its initial phase, the company has partnered with Galpin Motors to provide Ford models, such as the Mustang and F-150, to customers in California.

In the fleet management sector, Holman has acquired full ownership of ARIZA, transitioning the former joint venture with Corporacion Zapata into a wholly-owned subsidiary. This move is intended to provide integrated, cross-border fleet management solutions across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
