Automotive manufacturers launch new models and updates

Several automotive manufacturers are introducing new models and updates to the European market.

Toyota has unveiled the sixth generation of the RAV4, featuring a revised design and a plug-in hybrid variant capable of nearly 140 km of pure electric range. Meanwhile, Dacia has opened orders for the Striker crossover in Italy, offering GPL, full hybrid, and 4x4 options with prices starting from €24,600.

In the electric vehicle sector, a prototype of Mazda’s first proprietary electric platform has been spotted testing in Europe. The vehicle appears to be a more compact model than the CX-70 or CX-90, potentially competing with the Tesla Model Y. Additionally, Mazda is offering promotional financing rates of 2.99% for its CX-30 and CX-5 models through late 2026.

In the motorcycle segment, Yamaha announced updates for the 2027 XSR900, introducing Neon White and Midnight Black color schemes while retaining the existing 890 cc CP3 engine.
