Automotive manufacturers Mitsuoka and Mitsubishi announce upcoming vehicle launches

Mitsuoka Motor has released a second teaser image for a new sports car expected to launch in November 2026. The vehicle appears to be a two-seater convertible with a long hood and recessed driver position. Speculation suggests it may be a successor to the Rock Star model, which was based on the Mazda Roadster.

In a separate development, Mitsubishi is preparing to launch the Destinator, a new seven-seater SUV. Designed to replace the Outlander in local domestic markets, the Destinator features a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a CVT transmission, producing approximately 163 horsepower. The model includes multiple driving modes such as Normal, Wet, Gravel, Mud, and Tarmac.
