The automotive market in Poland is seeing new competitive pricing strategies in the compact SUV segment. DR Automobiles, an Italian brand that utilizes licenses for Chinese-manufactured vehicles, is offering the DR 5. This model features a 1.4-liter engine producing 158 hp and 255 Nm of torque, positioned as a budget-friendly option near the 99,900 PLN mark.

Similarly, Jeep is targeting broader consumer segments with the Jeep Avenger. Produced within the Stellantis group, the Avenger is available as a mild hybrid with 110 hp and 205 Nm of torque. Priced at approximately 99,990 PLN, the vehicle features improved engine components, such as a timing chain, to address previous technical concerns.
