Autonom Services raises €30 million with third ESG‑linked bond on Bucharest Stock Exchange

Autonom Services SA, Romania’s largest independent mobility‑solutions provider, listed a third corporate bond (symbol AUT31E) on the regulated market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The issue comprises 300 unsecured bonds with a nominal value of €100,000 each, a fixed annual coupon of 5.97 % and a maturity date of 7 July 2031, totaling €30 million.

The proceeds will fund the company’s sustainability objectives, including a pledge to cut average carbon emissions of its 18,000‑vehicle fleet by 30 % by 2028 and 55 % by 2030, and to raise the share of women in management positions to 46 % by 2030. Nine institutional investors subscribed to the offering. Co‑founders Marius and Dan Ștefan highlighted the trust of investors and the company’s commitment to transparency and ESG integration. The bond was underwritten by a consortium of BRD Groupe Société Générale, BCR, BT Capital Partners, Raiffeisen Bank and UniCredit Romania, with BRD representing Autonom in the admission process. BVB CEO Remus Vulpescu remarked that the oversubscribed issue demonstrates strong investor interest in sustainable business models.
