Autostrade per l’Italia reorganizes engineering and construction pillars

Autostrade per l’Italia is reorganizing its engineering and construction pillars, Amplia Infrastructures and Tecne, to support an extensive motorway network regeneration plan.

Under the new structure, Tecne’s engineering design branch will merge into Amplia. This integration will add 500 technicians and engineers to Amplia’s existing workforce of over 1,500. Tecne will retain approximately 500 resources to manage worksite direction and safety coordination during execution phases.

CEO Arrigo Giana stated that the integration aims to create greater synergy between engineering and construction expertise, streamline decision-making processes, and accelerate the group’s current investment plan.
