Autostrade per l'Italia reorganizes engineering and construction pillars
Autostrade per l’Italia is reorganizing its engineering and construction pillars, Amplia Infrastructures and Tecne, to support a large-scale regeneration plan for its managed motorway network.
As part of this strategic shift, Tecne’s engineering design branch will merge into Amplia. This move will add 500 technicians and engineers to Amplia’s existing workforce of over 1,500. Tecne will retain approximately 500 employees to manage worksite direction and safety coordination during execution phases.
CEO Arrigo Giana stated that the integration aims to create greater synergy between engineering and construction expertise, leading to faster decision-making and streamlined processes between the design and implementation stages.
