Autovía del Duero expands with 31 kilometers of new highway

The A-11 Autovía del Duero, a key highway connecting regions within Castilla y León, has seen the inauguration of an additional 31 kilometers. This expansion aims to improve connectivity between the east and west of the region.

However, the project has faced criticism due to significant delays, with construction lasting three years longer than originally scheduled. The expansion is part of a larger effort to complete the route, though approximately 30 kilometers of high-risk sections remain unfinished.
