Autovía del NOA to install two new toll stations in Salta

The concessionaire Autovía del NOA (AUNOSA) has announced that two new toll stations will be established on national routes 9 and 34 in Argentina within one year. These new stations are planned for Metán and the entrance to Salta Capital.

The company, which began operations on October 7, is currently conducting repairs across various sectors, including Metán, Cabeza de Buey, Torzalito, and access points to Salta, as well as areas in Santiago del Estero, Tucumán, and Jujuy. Current works include pothole repair, road surface correction, shoulder conditioning, and improvements to safety barriers, signaling, and painting.

AUNOSA holds a 20-year concession. While initial road improvements are underway, more significant mandatory works are scheduled to be completed within the first five years of the contract.
