Autumn art exhibitions in Tuscany

Tuscany is hosting a diverse range of cultural exhibitions this autumn, spanning from ancient fragments to Renaissance masterpieces and modern interpretations of the human form.

In Florence, the Museo Novecento is featuring a collection of approximately 25 paintings by Romanian visual artist Viktor Man. Curated by Sergio Rizaiti, the exhibition is held within the historic Ex Leopoldine complex at Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The works explore themes of maternity, classical portraiture, and the female figure, often incorporating phosphorescent details and androgynous characteristics to add a cosmic dimension to everyday scenes.

Additional exhibitions are scheduled in Pisa and throughout the wider Tuscany region, offering a variety of historical and contemporary artistic perspectives.
