AV Hanzesport Unveils New Athletics Track in Zutphen

The athletics club AV Hanzesport in Zutphen has opened a brand‑new track on Deventerweg. The official inauguration is scheduled for 3 October, with a free Coopertest on 26 September and a series of beginner running courses in September and November. The club will also host the Great Field Run on 1 November and a family‑friendly Speculaaspoppenloop on 5 December. Members can try four free trial sessions, and new members receive a welcome package from the local Running Center.

AV Hanzesport emphasizes inclusive training for all ages and abilities, collaborating with the municipality, schools and neighbourhood coaches to provide low‑threshold activities and well‑known running events for the community.
