Ava Karabatić reports partner for domestic violence in Belgrade

Croatian personality Ava Karabatić has filed a police report in Belgrade alleging physical and psychological abuse by her partner, identified as L. Z. According to official police notes from the Rakovica Police Station, the incident occurred on August 10, 2026.

Karabatić stated that the individual attacked her verbally and physically, including pulling her hair and striking her in the eye, hands, and legs, resulting in multiple bruises. She reported seeking medical attention at an Urgent Care center following the assault.

In her statement, Karabatić noted that this is the fifth time she has reported the individual, with three previous reports made to the police. She further alleged that the partner has a recommendation for psychiatric treatment but instead consumes alcohol and sedatives, which she claims contributes to his aggressive behavior.
