AVADI Down and Recreativo de Huelva launch 2027 solidarity calendar

The association AVADI Down Huelva has presented its 2027 solidarity calendar in collaboration with the football club Real Club Recreativo de Huelva. Under the slogan ‘La inclusión también juega en equipo’ (Inclusion also plays in a team), the project features twelve stories of individuals with intellectual disabilities participating in various roles within the club.

During the presentation held at the Huelva City Council, Mayor Pilar Miranda emphasized the importance of creating real opportunities for participation for people with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities. The initiative aims to use sports to promote social inclusion and visibility within the Huelva community. The calendars are currently available for purchase through various local points of sale and the association's website.
