Avalanche Studios Group announces Old West DLC for theHunter: Call of the Wild

Avalanche Studios Group has announced the Old West Weapon Pack, a new downloadable content (DLC) expansion for the hunting game ‘theHunter: Call of the Wild’. The pack is scheduled for release on September 15, 2026.

The expansion introduces three iconic 19th-century firearms designed to emulate the experience of pioneers: the Hween .45-90 Buffalo rifle, inspired by the Sharps Model 1874; the Humphrey 10G Coach Gun, a double-barreled black-powder shotgun; and the Maijo .44-40 Special, a single-action revolver based on the Schofield design.

The DLC will be available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store.
