Avalanche tokenized assets exceed $3 billion as AVAX price breaks $7
The value of tokenized assets on the Avalanche blockchain has surpassed $3 billion, a significant increase from $740 million in October, according to a report by Delphi Digital. This growth is driven by diverse financial products, including securities and institutional credit.
A major contributor to this milestone is Japan’s largest security-token platform, Progmat, which moved approximately $1.2 billion in tokenized securities to a dedicated Avalanche network in June. Other notable growth includes OpenTrade, which saw assets rise to $190 million, and Grove Finance, which manages $260 million in products linked to institutional credit. Additionally, Securitize is developing a European platform on Avalanche intended to cover all 27 EU countries.
In the cryptocurrency market, the AVAX token recently broke through the $7 resistance level. Despite a $2.4 million deposit from a whale into Coinbase, which created potential selling pressure, trading volume increased significantly. Market sentiment remains largely bullish, with Binance top traders maintaining a long/short ratio of 1.93.
