Avanti PSI launches mobilization on housing, youth, and self-employment
The political party Avanti PSI has launched a mobilization campaign focused on three primary pillars: youth opportunities, housing access, and support for self-employed workers, including artisans and VAT holders. The initiative, promoted by national secretary Enzo Maraio, aims to build a reformist coalition based on concrete policy responses rather than mere political alliances.
In the Marche region, Daniele Carnevali, president of the Province of Ancona, emphasized that the movement seeks to address social stability by supporting small businesses and professionals. Similarly, in Umbria, regional secretary Gabrio Romani highlighted the need to prevent demographic and economic decline by creating conditions that allow young people to remain in the region.
One specific proposal includes the creation of a national fund for youth, potentially funded by equity contributions from major web corporations, to support research, universities, and startups. Additionally, the party is advocating for a more balanced tax system for self-employed individuals to prevent the premature imposition of taxes on unearned income.
